In the most crowded market area of Bangalore lays the remnants of Tipu's Fort - a silent testament of Tipu's battle against British regime.During 1781-179 the fort was built and was the Tipu Sultan’s summer residence of. It is a two-storied wooden structure, engraved out of Teakwood with renovated pillars, hollow arches and balconies. Today The Tippu Sultan fort houses a museum embellished with ancient artifact of Hyder-Tipu government.
